Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions are prepared for your own safety & to ensure the best service to you. Please call 01766668446 numbers if you’ve any further query or need details.

1. Check in time: 1 PM Check out time 11am
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; otherwise there shall be a penalty of 10000 BDT.
3. The capacity of 4 bedroom villas is 12 guests at a time by paying the rent, which can be increased up to 15 guests with an additional charge of 1150 BDT per adult, 575BDT for kids aged 6-8 years, free for kids under 6. Extra mattresses will be provided.
4. The capacity of 3 bedroom villas is 9 guests at a time by paying the rent, which can be increased up to 12 guests with an additional charge of 1150 BDT per adult, 575BDT for kids aged 6-8 years, free for kids under 6. Extra mattresses will be provided.
5. As the floor is made out of furnished wood in the living room area, guests are discouraged from entering the villa immediately from the swimming pool which might damage the floor as well as creating an uncomfortable environment for the guests. They must use the external bathroom.
6. Kaalmegha country club and resort reserves all the rights to charge for compensation from guests for any kinds of damage or changes in the interior structure of the villa during the stay. Such compensation will be charged upon supporting evidence.
7. Guests are prohibited to use the kitchen for food preparation for their own safety.
8. Guests are requested to keep their own belonging under their own supervision. Guests can get help from the villa staff for extra security measures for their personal belongings.
9. Guests are discouraged to get involved in unusual or illegal or unethical occurrence or incident that is seen as crime in the eye of law or society.
10. This agreement will be a lawful contract by related Contracts Law of the Republic of Bangladesh which starts from the confirmation of the booking by the client and will be ended after receiving the villa rental and food services from Leisure Bangladesh.
